Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    3 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. Mazola oil
    2 c. unpeeled zucchini, grated coarsely
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add vanilla, sugar and oil; beat until foamy. Stir in the zucchini.
    Sift together the flour, soda, baking powder and salt, then add nuts and mix.
    Put in 2 loaf pans.
    Bake for 60 minutes at 325\u00b0.
