Caramel Apple Strudel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. sliced apples
    1/4 c. caramel topping
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/3 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Arrange apple slices in dish.
    Stir together caramel topping, water and lemon juice.
    Pour over apples.
    Combine flour, sugar and cinnamon.
    Cut in margarine until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
    Sprinkle over apple mixture.
    Cook in microwave oven at high speed for 7 to 8 minutes.
    Serves four.
