German Chocolate Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. coconut
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1/3 c. Crisco oil
    1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
    1 1/4 c. water
    3 eggs
    2 1/2 c. powdered sugar (about 1 lb.)
    1/2 c. margarine or butter, melted
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
Preparation
    Heat
    oven
    to\t350\u00b0.
    Grease
    a 13 x 9-inch pan or use Pam. Sprinkle
    coconut
    and
    nuts
    evenly over bottom of pan. Mix
    the cream cheese, melted butter and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy and set aside.
    Mix your cake mix and spread over coconut and nuts.
    Spread cream cheese mixture (use spoon to
    kind\tof drop) over the cake within 1 inch of the sides of the edge of pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 40 minutes or until a toothpick
    comes out clean in the cake.\tLeave in pan and cool completely.
    Cut in squares and invert on the plate.
