Metairie Country Club Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes, baked and chopped
    1 lb. bacon, sliced into bite size pieces and fried crisp
    1 lb. mushrooms, sliced and sauteed
    1 bunch shallots, chopped and sauteed
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    2 sticks margarine or butter
Preparation
    Mix bacon with bacon grease, mushrooms and shallots.
    Mix in 1/2 cup flour (off the heat).
    Add salt, pepper and margarine. Add chopped potatoes.
    Mix well with all the ingredients.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
