Lemon Pecan Pie (Cake) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. butter or oleo
2 1/2 c. sugar
6 eggs
4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 lb. white raisins
1/2 lb. candied cherries
1/2 lb. candied pineapple
1/2 lb. mixed candied fruit (optional)
1 lb. pecans
1 (25 cent) bottle lemon flavoring (small bottle)
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar.
Add well beaten eggs.
Add sifted dry ingredients, flavoring, nuts and fruit.
Mix well.
Line tube pan with heavy paper.
Grease paper.
Pour batter in pan and bake for 2 1/2 hours at 250\u00b0 or until done.
