Sweet Pepper Shish Kabobs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sweet peppers (red, gold and/or green)
    8 mushrooms
    oil and vinegar
Preparation
    Cut peppers into 2-inch pieces.
    Thread pepper pieces and mushrooms on 4 (6-inch) skewers.
    Brush with dressing.
    Cook over medium coals for about 6 minutes, basting with more dressing and turning after 3 minutes.
    Yield:
    4 servings.
