Moist Gingerbread(Microwave) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. unsifted flour
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shortening
1 egg
1/2 c. light molasses
1/2 c. hot water
Preparation

Stir the dry ingredients together.
Using a mixer on medium speed, blend in the remaining ingredients.
Pour into a greased microwave-safe tube pan.
Microwave on Medium-high for 6 minutes. Allow to cool in the pan before slicing and serving.
