Blender Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour, divided
    1 c. warm water
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/4 c. oil
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
Preparation
    Measure 2 cups flour in bowl; set aside.
    In blender, add the warm water, 1 cup flour and the yeast; blend for 20 seconds.
    Add the oil, sugar, salt and egg; blend 20 seconds.
    Pour mixture over flour; stir with fork.
    Let rise until double.
    Shape rolls; let rise again.
    Bake in greased pan at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes. Makes 12 rolls.
