Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. butter
    3 c. sugar
    8 eggs
    2 c. plain flour
    2 c. self-rising flour
    2 qt. nuts
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add 2 well beaten eggs, one at a time.
    Sift and add flour 1 cup at a time.
    Add nuts.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 2 hours.
