Chinese Chicken Wings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 chicken wings, separated
1/3 c. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. oil
3 Tbsp. cooking sherry
1/3 c. honey
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. ginger (root grated)
3 or 4 cloves garlic, grated
4 shakes Tabasco sauce
Preparation

Separate chicken (the part that has 2 bones); cut slightly at both ends and peel bone out.
Mix ingredients and marinate chicken overnight.
