Cheese Pit - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese (sharp)
    10 slices bread, buttered and cut in cubes
    8 eggs, beaten
    4 c. milk
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    2 tsp. salt
    dash of cayenne pepper
    dash of Worcesterhsire sauce
Preparation
    Alternate layers of bread and cheese in a greased casserole dish.
    Mix milk, mustard, salt, pepper and Worcestershire and add to eggs.
    Mix well and pour over bread and cheese.
    Let stand several hours or overnight (can stand 2 nights in refrigerator).
