Key Lime Filling(Pie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg yolks
    1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
    1/2 c. lime juice
    1 1/2 tsp. grated lime peel
    1 to 2 drops green food coloring
    lime slices and mint leaves (optional)
Preparation
    Place all ingredients, except the lime slices and mint leaves, into a blender container or small bowl.
    Cover and blend or beat until well mixed.
    Pour the filling into hard meringues, baked pie crust or tart crust.
    Garnish with lime slices and mint leaves, if desired.
