Ingredients
    1 lb. potatoes, pared and thinly sliced
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 onion, minced
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    1/2 c. heavy cream
    1/2 c. white wine
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Arrange potatoes in greased casserole dish. Melt butter and saute onion.
    Spoon over potatoes.
