Lemon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    grated rind of 1 lemon
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Cream
    shortening
    and\tsugar.\tAdd eggs and milk.
    Add rind of\t1
    lemon
    and nuts.
    Cream again.
    Add flour, baking powder and
    salt;\tcream.\tBake in loaf pan at 325\u00b0 for 50 or 60 minutes.
