Rhubarb Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. oatmeal
2 c. flour
3/4 c. soft butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. water
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 to 4 c. chopped rhubarb
Preparation

Mix brown sugar, oatmeal, flour and butter until crumbly. Reserve 1 cup crumbs for topping.
Spread remainder in 9 x 13-inch pan.
