Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 qt. popped corn
    2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. Karo syrup
    1 c. butter
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Bring ingredients to a boil, stirring constantly.
    When reaches a full, rolling boil, turn heat down and boil 5 minutes. Take off heat; add 1/2 teaspoon soda and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
    Stir well and pour over popcorn.
    Put into 2 (9 x 13-inch) pans and put into 250\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Stir every 15 minutes.
    Don't let sit in pan to cool.
    Store in covered container.
