Cheese Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small box Velveeta cheese
1 tub soft cream cheese
1 tub jalapeno dip
Preparation

Let Velveeta sit out until soft.
Place between two sheets of wax paper.
Press down with hands, then using rolling pin, roll out to desired length and width.
Remove top sheet of wax paper. Spread cream cheese evenly on top of cheese.
Spread jalapeno dip out evenly on top of cream cheese.
Then carefully roll up, removing wax paper as you go.
Refrigerate overnight.
Tastes better if eaten the next day.
Serve with crackers.
