Pasta With No Cook Tomato Sauce(Get Ready For Those Garden Tomatoes) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. Mozzarella (I use fresh from Stork's Meat Market)
    4 c. seeded, diced tomatoes
    1/4 c. fresh chopped parsley
    1/4 c. fresh chopped basil
    1/2 c. olive oil
    2 cloves garlic, pressed
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 lb. pasta such as penne, small shells or bow ties
Preparation
    Combine Mozzarella, tomatoes, parsley, basil, olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper in a medium bowl.
    Toss gently and set aside for at least 30 minutes.
