Barnes' Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium to large roast
    2 medium Vidalia onions
    6 medium to large potatoes
    8 to 10 carrots
    3 to 4 cans College Inn beef broth (instead of water)
    salt and pepper
    1/2 c. whole milk
Preparation
    Get a large, deep frying pan instead of a roasting pan.
