Ingredients

1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 c. light oleo
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 egg white
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. nonfat yogurt
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
8 oz. diced dates
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Beat oleo with brown sugar.
Add egg white and beat.
Mix in dry ingredients along with yogurt and vanilla.
Fold in dates and nuts.
Drop on cookie sheet.
Bake at 375\u00b0 to 400\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
Frost if desired.
