Microwave Zesty Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine or butter
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp. dried oregano leaves
    1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 medium zucchini, thinly sliced
    1 medium yellow summer squash, thinly sliced
    1 large tomato, cut into 8 wedges
Preparation
    Be careful in your selection.
    Do not choose too young.
    When selected, give your entire thoughts to preparation for domestic use.
    Some wives insist upon keeping them in a pickle; others are constantly getting into hot water.
    This may make them sour, hard and sometimes bitter.
    Even poor varieties may be made sweet, tender and good by garnishing them with patience, well-sweetened with love and seasoned with kisses.
