Ozark Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg yolks, beaten
    1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 small whipped cream
    1 c. sugar
    1 stick margarine, melted
    vanilla wafers
    pecans (optional)
Preparation
    Combine beaten egg yolks, sugar and melted margarine.
    Add pineapple.
    Beat whipped cream.
    Layer with vanilla wafers, like a banana pudding.
    Top with whipped cream.
    Sprinkle nuts on top. Refrigerate.
