Poor Man'S Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. hamburger
1 c. cracker crumbs, soaked in 1 can Milnot
salt and pepper to taste
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can water
Preparation

Mix together first 3 ingredients and spread out in 2 (9 x 13-inch) bread pans and refrigerate overnight.
Cut in squares which makes eight (to pan).
Then flour squares and fry until brown on each side.
Then put in baking dishes or bread pans and pour soup and water.
I add a little Kitchen Bouquet to make the gravy brown.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
