Banana Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (18 1/2 oz.) pkg. yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1/3 c. salad oil
1/2 c. water
1 1/3 c. mashed bananas (4 medium)
1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Combine ingredients in a large bowl.
Mix until blended, then beat at medium speed for 4 minutes.
Turn batter into greased and lightly floured 10-inch tube pan.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or until cake tester inserted in cake comes out clean.
Cool in pan 10 minutes, then turn out onto rack and cool completely.
If desired, dust with confectioners sugar before serving.
Makes 16 servings.
