Tomato Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pie crust
10 to 12 fresh tomatoes
2 to 3 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
garden onions
Parmesan cheese
mayonnaise
Preparation

Use 9-inch pie plate.
Line pie plate.
Cook 1/2 way.
Peel, core and slice tomatoes.
Be sure tomatoes are drained.
Layer pie crust with tomatoes.
Sprinkle with cheese and onions.
Continue to layer with tomatoes, cheese and onions until pie is full. Frost with mayonnaise.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes until top is golden brown.
