Stuffed Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large cabbage
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. rice, cooked
    1 lg. onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 egg
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1 lg. can V-8 Juice
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix and pour over cabbage rolls.
    Bake covered in oven at 350\u00b0 for 45-60 minutes.
