Banana Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box vanilla pudding mix
    1 pkg. vanilla wafers
    several ripe bananas or 1 large can pineapple (drained), crushed type
    2 egg whites
    1/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Mix pudding according to directions; set aside.
    In a baking dish layer repeatedly pudding, wafers and bananas until dish is full or your run out of items.
    Beat egg whites until stiff and add sugar; beat a little longer.
    Smooth over top of pudding mixture.
    Brown to a golden
    brown in 350\u00b0 oven. Same dish can be made only use drained pineapple (crushed type) in place of bananas.
    Equally good.
