Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. potatoes
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 onion, diced
    2 carrots, diced
    3 celery stalks, diced
    4 c. water
    4 bouillon cubes
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Peel potatoes and cut into cubes.
    Melt margarine and saute potatoes, onion, carrots and celery for 10 minutes.
    Add water and bouillon cubes and simmer for 30 minutes.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Serves 4.
