Ingredients

2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. unsalted butter, softened
1 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
3/4 c. granulated sugar
2 eggs (at room temperature)
1 tsp. vanilla
12 oz. white chocolate, cut into 1/4-inch chunks
1 1/2 c. coarsely chopped Macadamia nuts
Preparation

Cover 2 baking sheets with parchment paper or aluminum foil; set aside.
Sift flour, baking soda and salt into a medium bowl; set aside.
In a large mixing bowl with an electric mixer on low speed, beat butter for 30 to 45 seconds, or until butter is creamy.
Gradually add brown sugar and granulated sugar.
Beat on medium speed for 1 to 2 minutes, or until mixture is light and fluffy.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well between each addition.
Add vanilla.
