Lemony Cheesecake Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. margarine or butter, melted
    3 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. ReaLemon lemon juice from concentrate
    3/4 c. strawberry preserves
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Combine crumbs, sugar and margarine. Press firmly on bottom of 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
    Bake 8 minutes; cool.
    Reduce temperature to 300\u00b0.
    In large mixing bowl, beat cheese until fluffy.
    Gradually beat in sweetened milk until smooth.
    Add eggs and lemon; mix well.
    Spread preserves evenly over prepared crust.
    Pour cheese mixture over preserves.
    Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until center is set.
    Cool.
    Chill thoroughly. Refrigerate leftovers.
