Sweet And Sour Chicken Wings - cooking recipe

2 lb. chicken wings
1 c. water
1 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
1 Tbsp. catsup
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. reserved broth
garlic salt to taste
1 c. cornstarch
3 eggs, beaten
oil (for frying wings)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Cut wings into 3 parts.
Cook tips of wings in saucepan with 1 cup water.
Cook until soft.
Discard tips and reserve broth.
