Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 lb. ground veal
    1/4 lb. ground turkey
    1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 c. light cream
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 egg
    1/4 c. finely snipped parsley
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    dash of ground ginger
    dash of ground nutmeg
    2 Tbsp. butter
    gravy
Preparation
    Mix meats thoroughly.
    Soak bread in cream about 5 minutes. Cook onion in 1 tablespoon butter until tender, but not brown. Mix meats, crumb mixture, onion, egg, parsley and seasonings. Beat 5 minutes with mixer until well combined.
    Shape into 1 1/2-inch balls.
    Wet hands for easier shaping.
    Brown meatballs in 2 tablespoons butter.
    Remove from skillet.
