Foolproof Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. flour
1 3/4 c. shortening
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 egg
1/2 c. cold water
Preparation

Mix with a fork or a pastry blender until all ingredients are moistened.
Then, with hands, mold dough into ball.
Chill at least 15 minutes before rolling into desired shape.
Makes 4 (9-inch) pie crusts.
