Sesame Seed Cheese Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. Blue cheese
1/2 lb. cream cheese
1 c. butter
1 c. chopped pimento-stuffed green olives
1 Tbsp. chopped chives
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
3 Tbsp. cognac
3/4 c. sesame seed, roasted
Preparation

Cream the cheeses and butter. Add all ingredients except sesame seed and blend. Roast sesame seed in shallow pan at 350\u00b0 for about 20 minutes.
Watch carefully so they do not burn. Divide cheese mixture and place in 6 crocks (4 ounces each). Sprinkle sesame seed on top. Serve with crackers.
Yields 6 crocks.
