Chicken Chow Mein - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken breasts
    2 c. onion, chopped
    2 c. celery, chopped
    soy sauce
    2 cans bean sprouts
    1 can water chestnuts
    chow mein noodles (amount needed for your family)
Preparation
    Cook chicken breasts and cut up into pieces.
    Fry chicken pieces in soy sauce until golden brown.
    Add chopped onion and celery.
    Cover and cook until crunchy (approximately 20 minutes). Add bean sprouts and water chestnuts.
    Cook until bean sprouts and chestnuts are done.
    Thicken with cornstarch and soy sauce mixture.
    Serve over chow mein noodles.
