Armenian Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. yeast
1 c. lukewarm water
1/2 tsp. sugar
8 1/2 c. flour
1 c. lukewarm milk
3 tsp. salt
1/2 to 3/4 c. sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
1 1/4 c. melted oleo or butter
lukewarm water
6 beaten eggs
Preparation

Soften the yeast in 1 cup lukewarm water with the sugar.
Sift together the flour, salt, sugar and baking powder.
Stir in the melted oleo or butter, cooled to lukewarm.
Add a little more lukewarm water, if needed, to make a stiff dough (not too stiff). Add the eggs.
Save 2 tablespoons for glazing.
