Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cooked and cubed chicken
1 tsp. salt
3 sweet pickles, chopped
1 1/2 c. diced celery
3 boiled eggs, chopped
mayonnaise
olives (optional)
lettuce leaves
Preparation

Combine all ingredients; moisten with mayonnaise.
Serve on lettuce; garnish with egg slices and olives.
Serves 8.
