Rice Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 pkg. Birds Eye French rice (omit butter)
8 green onions, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
12 stuffed olives, chopped
2 jars artichoke hearts in oil, chopped
1 tsp. curry
3/4 c. mayonnaise
Preparation

I usually add extra seasoning, a bit of salt, a dash of red pepper and some black pepper, to taste.
If you need more liquid, add some oil from artichokes.
