Pasta Red Duke - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. vermicelli
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    3 Tbsp. chopped garlic
    3 c. chopped Roma or red tomatoes (fresh)
    3/4 c. sun dried tomatoes, thinly sliced
    1/2 c. fresh basil
    1/2 c. chopped pine nuts
    1 c. chicken stock
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Boil pasta.
    Heat oil and saute garlic.
    Add nuts, tomatoes and basil.
    Cook 2 to 3 minutes.
    Add chicken stock, salt and pepper.
    Toss with pasta and serve.
