Shrimp Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. butter
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 can onion soup
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    2 c. raw rice
    1/2 lb. raw shrimp
    2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    Saute onion and pepper in butter.
    Mix all other ingredients and add onion and peppers.
    Put in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    You may need to add a little water; stir.
    Bake at 350\u00b0, covered, for 1 hour.
    Stir once after 30 minutes.
