Refrigerator Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 oz. raisin bran
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 qt. buttermilk
    5 c. all-purpose flour
    5 tsp. soda
    4 large eggs, beaten
    1 c. shortening, melted
Preparation
    Combine raisin bran, flour, sugar, soda and salt.
    Make a well in center.
    Add eggs, milk and shortening.
    Stir just enough to moisten.
    Cover and store in refrigerator.
    (Will keep 5 to 6 weeks.)
    Spoon batter into a greased muffin pan, 2/3 full.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
