Coconut Pecan Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. evaporated milk
    3/4 c. sugar
    6 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    2 egg yolks
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. Baker's Angel Flake coconut
    3/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Combine milk, sugar, margarine, egg yolks and vanilla in saucepan; cook over medium heat about 6 minutes until mixture thickens, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in coconut and pecans.
    Cool until thick enough to spread, stirring occasionally.
    Makes about 2 cups or enough to frost top of 13 x 9-inch cake.
