Connie'S Lemon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. granulated sugar
juice of 1 lemon
1/4 c. butter, melted
2 egg yolks
grated rind of 1 lemon
Preparation

Combine all ingredients and pour into a 9-inch prebaked pie shell.
Beat egg whites until stiff.
Add 1 teaspoon of sugar. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
