Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/4 c. Swans Down cake flour
    3 c. sugar
    2 sticks butter (soft)
    5 large eggs
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 c. milk
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream shortening, butter and sugar.
    Add eggs, one at a time. Add vanilla.
    Add flour and milk alternately, ending with flour. Bake at 325\u00b0 in greased and floured or sprayed tube pan for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
