Moon Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    1 c. margarine
    1 c. flour
    4 eggs
    3 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
    3 1/2 c. milk
    8 oz. cream cheese
    8 oz. Cool Whip
    chocolate syrup
Preparation
    Heat water and margarine to boiling.
    Stir in flour until thick and smooth and pulls away from pan.
    Remove from heat.
    Add eggs, one at a time, using mixer.
    Mix until shiny.
    Spread mixture onto well-greased jelly roll pan.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
    If rises too high, prick with fork.
    Let cool completely.
    Mix pudding with 3 1/2 cup milk and cream cheese. Spread on crust, then spread Cool Whip.
    Drizzle with chocolate syrup.
    Refrigerate.
