Northern California Oyster Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) loaf unsliced sourdough bread, cut in 1-inch cubes
    1/2 lb. fresh spinach, chopped
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. shallots
    3 stalks celery
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    2 (8 oz.) jars oysters, chopped
    2 Tbsp. tarragon (fresh)
    3 beaten eggs
    1 1/2 c. chicken broth
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 250\u00b0.
    Divide bread cubes between two large baking sheets and bake until dry (about 15 minutes).
    Transfer to a bowl and add spinach.
