Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. rice (uncooked)
    1 1/2 c. water
    dash of salt
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Place rice in a saucepan with water, 2 tablespoons butter and a dash of salt.
    Bring to a quick boil.
    Cover saucepan and allow rice to simmer 15 minutes or until rice has absorbed all the moisture.
