Cinnamon Christmas Ornaments - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. ground cinnamon
    1 Tbsp. ground allspice
    2 Tbsp. ground cloves
    1 Tbsp. ground nutmeg
    1 c. applesauce
    copper wire
    1/4 inch satin ribbon
    cookie cutters
Preparation
    Combine spices, blending well.
    Stir in applesauce; mix well. (Mixture will be stiff.)
    Roll out to 1/4 inch thickness on an ungreased surface.
    Using small or medium size cookie cutters, cut dough into desired shapes (i.e.
    gingerbread men, stars, etc.) Peel away excess dough and re-roll.
