Creamed Potatoes(In White Sauce) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 new red potatoes
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt/pepper to taste
    6 Tbsp. margarine/butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. cold water
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Peel and cut potatoes into pieces same size.
    Put in saucepan. Add water to top of pan.
    Do not cover.
    Add 1 teaspoon sugar, 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste and 6 tablespoons margarine or butter.
    Bring to boil.
    Simmer for 30 minutes.
