Zucchini Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Italian sausage patties or links (or more)
2 c. celery sliced
2 lb. zucchini small chunks
1 c. chopped onion
2 cans tomatoes, chopped
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. garlic salt or powder
2 green peppers, diced
Preparation

Brown sausage in large frying pan; drain fat, add celery and cook for 10 minutes.
Stir occasionally.
Add all remaining ingredients, except green peppers.
Simmer covered for 20 minutes. Add green peppers and cook 10 minutes longer.
Serve with garlic bread.
